Review: Hi Shein Support Team, I’m writing about an order I placed in April this year. This is my 3rd/4th time ordering from Shein and I’ve always had issues with Buffalo, the delivery agent. They never deliver on time, but this time is worse. It’s been almost 3 months since I ordered and I still haven’t received my parcel. I ordered these garments for a specific event in April, but that event has already passed. I no longer need the items. On the Shein app it says the order “arrived at the airport” and is “being prepared for delivery”. But Buffalo called me recently asking me to “prepare the parcel for collection” — which is confusing, because I never received it in the first place. I told them I don’t have it. I paid for this order and I’m struggling financially now. I’m requesting a full refund to my original payment method. This experience is very unprofessional for an international brand like Shein.
