Review: Very cute! The only thing I have any issue with is that the neck tie is actually stitched to the top, so you can’t adjust how much it gathers around your neck. Otherwise, such a cute top! I took a picture of it with a bra on and without, but without (for a big boobed girl like me) meant the tie around my neck cut into the back of my neck hard 😅
