I’m 185 and my regular size is 9 in jeans and depending on the stretch im a large I got an xL it is stretchy but I’m glad I didn’t go for a large tho because torso length I don’t think I could go and smaller or I’d be able to taste it. But other wise it’s amazing buy it, size up tho
