Review: I am premium customer. I almost purchase around more than 10 packages per month. (Around 30,000$ per year). Yet, When pkgs held on custom, Aramex charged us extra $30 to clear the pkg. I think they should clear it for free since we are paying more than $200 to get the free shipping. I am totally fine to pay the custom fee. I am asking for free clearance.
