Review: I was very upset with the J&T rider who contacted me about my parcel. When he called to ask for my location, I told him that I would like to check the item first before making the payment. He immediately reacted and said, “Ma’am, that’s not allowed. You need to pay first.” I calmly explained that I would of course pay since I ordered the item. However, even before he arrived at our gate, he was already speaking loudly and aggressively. His behavior was alarming and drew the attention of my neighbors. To avoid any issue, I told him to just bring the parcel to my house and give me his GCash number so I could transfer the payment. Despite this, he continued to insist, holding onto my parcel tightly while speaking loudly and in an argumentative manner. His actions caused unnecessary disturbance and embarrassment on my part, especially within our neighborhood.
