Review: I like the color of this blouse and it looks much more expensive than it actually was. The ruffles are double layer as opposed to a single layer with a serger hem like some of the blouses have. They stand up more. The fabric is good quality and the shirt is a nice length. The interfacing inside the shirt around the collar might need to be ironed down. Looks cute worn tucked in or out.
