Review: This mug is so adorable but came to me with the handle broken and unusable. The logistics team had put this and another mug in bubble wrap and sent them in a bag. I had ordered 3 custom mugs and they had secured one in a styrofoam container, in the same bag and that arrived intact. Like I said, the quality of this product was great but logistics just fell short.

Review: This is the other mug that was damaged during shipping. This mug is absolutely adorable but again, it came cracked with shards out of it bc logistics wrapped it in bubble wrap and tossed it in a bag to be shipped. So I would definitely recommend the mug itself and that would have been perfect if it arrived intact. I had ordered 3 mugs and only one was shipped in a styrofoam container, which not surprising, arrived undamaged.
