Review: I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The product description explicitly states that the designs would be embroidered, but what we received were cheap printed designs instead. We paid a premium price expecting high-quality embroidery, only to receive a completely misleading product. On top of the fake description, they don't even allow returns, so our money is completely gone!
