Fabric is good and I’m a size 14/16 USA 1xl or 2xl .. and when I order from SHEIN normally it is a bit loose fit for me but with fabric it depends, and in this case this dress fit very fitted . So I recommend to order a size up I you are blessed with more chest then I am I’m a 38C and it was snugged from top
