Review: Pretty skirt but very see-through so you’ll need a petticoat under it. The bottom tier has three layers with some tulle to give it a bit of body or flounce which is a nice touch. Elastic waist with size zip. I bought an XL which is lucky because the L would have been too small. I generally take an L
