Review: It's a pretty skirt, well made, nice not wrinkly fabric, lined so it's not see-through. The waistband is made of elastic and you can wear it sitting on your waist or hips, as the elastic stretchs enough not to mark any muffins. I'm pretty short so if I wear it on my hips it reaches below my knees, but if I wear it at the waist it sits at my knees, which is more flattering to my figure. However, it's a bit bulky because of the vertical ruffles. I think that is a bit on the big side. My measurements are accurate for reference.
