I have "waist only" ones, too, but I love that *this* one keeps "squishy overflow" around my shoulder blades to a minimum. xD This thing is somewhat stretchy so if you want a comfortable fit, go with your actual measurements. The inner hooks are adjustable so you can make it a bit tighter. If you want a *really* tight fit, order one size smaller. I went for the *really* tight fit and whatever size this was turned out perfect. It helps me sit up straight, too. People at work commented on my nice posture; little did they know I couldn't slouch even if I wanted to thanks to this. xD Here are my measurements: Height 170cm. Weight 90kg. Bust 100cm. Waist 87cm. Review: I loooove these. This is my third purchase. I started with XL, then L, and now M. Whenever I reach the smallest set of hooks, I know I can order the next size down. This is reeeeally tight right now, but I can still get it closed. I wouldn't recommend this M-size for people with measurements even half a centimeter larger than mine. For your first purchase, be sure to order your true size. These things are super sturdy and barely stretch at all, so be sure to get your exact size. I love these because they help me sit up straight, give me a pretty figure, and keep me from eating too much. I have the ones without shoulder straps, too, but I find that those roll up/down sometimes. The shoulder strap version avoids that. Here are my measurements: 170cm tall. Bust 100cm. Waist 90cm. Review: Wow! This was really nice quality! But since it's a bit stretchy, it was too big for me. I had no trouble at all hooking it on the tightest hooks and it was still comfortably loose. I want it to be tight, though, so I'm going to return this and get a smaller size. My measurements: Bust 100cm. Waist 87cm. Hips 115.
