Review: I purchased 6 storage jars. The items are very fragile but Packaging not good enough and no FRAGILE signages written on the package. Upon unboxing, I found 3 of the items damaged ie. the jar covers/lids are broken into small pieces!!! I do not know how to request for A REFUND. I am old and staying alone and do not know how to open your Refund Application Form. The items cost me RM65.70 !!! I also do not know how to insert the photo & video as Evidence but I will retry. I also try to call the SENDER (elaine /kerry) at 0166241040 but the phone is not in service. Her office is at Subang Jaya. Please help me get back my money. I am very angry, stressed and frustrated. This is the first time I am buying from SHEIN. With this Bad Experience, I may not want to buy your product anymore unless I get back the REFUND money. Thank you.
