Review: Based on the commonly used Lemon Bottle protocols: * The same treatment area is usually retreated every 7–14 days, with many practitioners preferring 2 weeks between sessions to allow time to assess the response. * Different body areas can generally be treated during the same overall treatment period, provided the total dose for the session stays within the recommended limit and the patient had no adverse reaction from the previous treatment. In your example: * Last Saturday: Chin treated with <10 mL. * Today: Both arms treated with 10 mL total (5 mL per arm). If: * the patient had no significant reaction after the chin treatment (no severe swelling, infection, allergic reaction, or tissue injury), * and today’s total dose is only 10 mL, then this approach is generally consistent with commonly used practice, because you are treating a different anatomical area and the total volume is well below the commonly cited maximum session dose. After today’s treatment: * Advise the patie
