Review: Nice top coat! I like this. The bottle is cute. It’s a nice glossy finish. It’s not a super thick, or too thin of a consistency either. 2nd pic I posted is WITHOUT top coat, third pic is WITH the top coat. Can clearly see the difference in shine. Recommend!
